Online greeting site E-greetings, San Francisco, is kicking off "The E-greetings Resolution Revolution," a holiday promotion running through Jan. 4. All e-greetings will be sponsored by advertisers during the promotion, after which users can pay for a greeting or send a free, ad-sponsored one.
