Online grocer Peapod, Skokie, Ill., selected Avenue A, Seattle, as its Internet media agency of record.

YourGrocer.com, Port Chester, N.Y., has acquired the NYCGrocery.com online grocery service and database. YourGrocer.com says its merged service creates the largest customer database for online grocery ordering for New York City and outlying suburbs. Competitor Peapod earlier in December opened a large distribution center on Long Island.

SF Interactive, San Francisco, launched a site for Jamba Juice.

Internet directory service InfoSpace went public Dec. 15. The stock, which had an offering price of $15 a share, opened at $25 a share and then dropped to $20 by the time the market closed.
