America Online, Dulles, Va., announced Jan. 26 that it has more than 3 million AOL and CompuServe members outside of the U.S. That means AOL's international membership hit the 2 million mark just three years after the Internet service provider launched its first international branded service in Germany. AOL acquired CompuServe, which accounts for 1 million international members, last year.

New York-based interactive ad agency Razorfish filed for an initial public offering with the Securities & Exchange Commission on Jan. 22.

React.com, an online version of the teen publication react, will launch a Mall.

iCanBuy.com, a retail site aimed at teens with parental permission, launches on March 1. It's partnered with retailers including Outpost.com, Beyond.com, and fashionmall.com.

Three TV stations owned and operated by ABC Television, WABC-TV in New York, WPVI-TV in Philadelphia and KTRK in Houston, have picked broadcast.com to provide streaming media services for their content.
