Modem Media-Poppe Tyson, Westport, Conn., raised its initial public offering price range from $11 to $13 per share to $13 to $15 per share. The interactive ad agency, owned by True North Communications, is offering 2.6 million shares in the IPO.

ABC Internet Group, New York, and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, Beverly Hills, Calif., will launch Oscar.com Feb. 9 as the official Web site of the Academy Awards. The site will carry live coverage of the Oscar nominations announcement on that day and feature a retrospective of past Oscar winners.
