Hewlett-Packard Co., Palo Alto, Calif., has selected WebAnswers, Santa Cruz, Calif., to provide real-time responses to HP Pavilion PC customers' questions through the HP At Home Web site. WebAnswers' Interact service will enhance HP's online marketing efforts, said Eric Ornas, president of WebAnswers.

Electronic greeting card company Why Not Creations, Milpitas, Calif., has chosen Ann Arbor, Mich.-based agency Beyond Interactive to direct its online advertising efforts.

Storecoupon.com, Los Altos, Calif., introduced a system Feb. 10 for consumers to download coupons over the Internet. After downloading free software, Storecoupon.com delivers coupons directly to the desktop, which can be used at e-commerce stores or printed out to be used offline.
