Adauction.com rolls out Opportunity Exchange March 22, a service to sell ad inventory 24 hours a day, every day. Adauction.com is also introducing ProxyMan, which allows buyers to bid on inventory without attending an auction.

Exactis.com, an e-mail service provider in Denver, on March 22 announces several new clients. They are: music site Spinner.com, Standard & Poor's, Tribune Media Services' MovieQuest Mail and ClientLogic Corp., formerly Softbank Services Group.

The Star Group, a Cherry Hill, N.J.-based advertising agency, named John Riles and Jensene Melgard to its interactive division. Mr. Riles, formerly a free-lancer, assumes responsibilities as imaging specialist. Ms. Melgard, an account exec at the agency for three years, switches from traditional to interactive accounts.
