Office Depot's Web site, will be featured on America Online. Under a one-year advertising and promotion agreement between the two companies, Office Depot's site now will be available to more than 3.5 million AOL and CompuServe members who run small or home-based businesses and visitors to AOL.com. Office Depot's site will be accessible under AOL keyword Office Depot.

Encyclopedia Britannica, New York, has chosen New York-based interactive agency Razorfish to develop the planned expansion of its Web site. Razorfish will develop the design, information architecture and database integration for the site.

Microsoft Corp.'s MSN Internet Access will be a preferred Internet access provider on the Broadcast.com Web site, under a marketing agreement between the two companies. Under the agreement, MSN Internet Access will be integrated on Broadcast.com, promoting its Internet services through several of Broadcast.com's multimedia Web advertising services.
