Andover, Mass.-based ad network Adsmart, a subsidiary of CMGI, has signed on Lowestfare.com, a discount travel services site, as an affiliate site.

Cox Interactive Media, Atlanta, has named Cynthia Frisina Gray VP-marketing. Ms. Gray formerly served as director of marketing for the network of 25 city Web sites. In her new role, she will oversee marketing, research, advertising and public relations for Cox Interactive Media.

New York-based Bolt, a portal site for teens, has named Jeanne Sachs, former YM advertising director, VP-advertising sales.
