‘Newsweek’ expands global sales team

Newsweek appointed Terri Johannes to worldwide creative services director for Newsweek International, a new position. In New York, Ms. Johannes will report to U.S. marketing director Mike Heneberry on all domestic issues and to VP-International Marketing Mark Kostelec on international projects. Ms. Johannes also will work with Peter Luffman, Newsweek International's exec VP, and Greg Osberg, who has just been named exec VP-worldwide publisher, on global initiatives. Ms. Johannes has served as international promotion director since joining Newsweek in 1997.
