KANSAS CITY, Mo.-Integrated marketing agency NKH&W has acquired the $1.8 million Kearney-based Hillyard agency.

Peter Kovac, chief executive officer of NKH&W, said the acquisition brings more client service talent to the agency, including Dan Belcher, formerly president of Hillyard client Roth Windsor, who has joined NKH&W in the position of VP-management supervisor.

"I've known Dan for a long time," said Mr. Kovac. "He's definitely going to add tenure to our client service department."

The $28.5 million agency will service clients including Sprint and Yellow Freight System. Phone: (816) 842-8881.
