Noble DMB&B (Mexico) seeks local acquisition

MEXICO CITY -- Noble DMB&B (Mexico) has announced it is looking to buy a local agency as part of its growth strategy.

Regional president for Latin America Paulo Salles was in Mexico City recently to scout for potential purchases.

The agency also announced that Franco Garuti has re-joined the agency as a co-creative director. The Argentine worked for Noble until 1994. Most recently he was a freelance consultant. Scott Merrell is the other co-creative director, joining from DMB&B (Peru).

Gene Johnson, Mexico's executive vice president, creative, has been promoted to regional vice presi- dent for creative services for DMB&B Latin America. Mr. Johnson will have bases in both Mexico and Brazil.
