Norwegian Cruise Line is expected to announce Thursday it picked Y&R Advertising, Chicago, as its new agency, replacing Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco. NCL marketing chief Nina Cohen placed the account -- estimated between $10 million and $20 million -- in review last month, after splitting with Goodby, NCL's agency for the last 10 years.
