Novo, Blue Marble merge

Interactive shops Novo Interactive, San Francisco, and New York-based Blue Marble, a MacManus Group subsidiary, have merged. MacManus will be the majority shareholder in the merged entity, which will be co-branded as Novo Interactive and Blue Marble until the first quarter of next year, by which time the company will have assumed a new name or operate as either Novo Interactive or Blue Marble. The merged entity will include more than 200 employees in five offices in the U.S. and abroad.
