O'Neill departs Ammirati for Warwick

Warwick Baker & Fiore, New York, has named Kevin O'Neill, 41, president and chief creative officer. Mr. O'Neill is leaving Ammirati & Puris/Lintas, where he was exec VP-executive creative director. He succeeds Bob Fiore, 60, who left.

Converse will enter the licensed sports apparel business this fall on the back of the NFL with a major marketing effort believed to be tied to the Dallas Cowboys. Converse is in the licensing game thanks to Apex One, which it acquired earlier this year. Converse-branded Cowboys apparel, supported by ads from Houston Effler Herstek Favat, Boston, will likely arrive in late fall.
