Oatway to revamp unit of Impiric

Young & Rubicam marketing services agency Impiric named Sharon Oatway, 44, to the new post of president, Impiric Customer Relationship Center for North America. Ms. Oatway will be responsible for building on the division's expertise as a call center to create a full-service customer relationship management unit. She will be based in Toronto, where the center is located. Ms. Oatway previously operated a CRM consultancy in Canada.
