Kathy Keeton Guccione, 58, president-chief operating officer of General Media International, New York, died Sept. 19 in New York City, from complications following surgery after a long battle with breast cancer, according to company officials. Ms. Keeton was the wife of General Media founder and Penthouse publisher Bob Guccione, and was instrumental in launching Omni and Longevity, both of which switched to online formats in 1995.
