Since he took leadership of the Bombay office, it has doubled its billings every two years and is one of the network's best performing agencies, according to O&M Worldwide Chairman-CEO Shelly Lazarus. O&M India's clients include American Express, Cadbury Schweppes, Unilever and Indian brand Titan Watches.
Mr. Kapur, 54, began in advertising 31 years ago with O&M in Bombay. Ten years later, he moved to New York and to several Asian markets with the O&M network, rising to become Asia/Pacific regional director for international clients before returning to the India offices in 1993.
