OgilvyOne acquires London interactive shop

OgilvyOne Worldwide, the global direct and interactive marketing network of WPP Group, has acquired NoHo Digital, an interactive agency in London. NoHo Digital will merge with OgilvyOne London's existing OgilvyInteractive operation. Founder of NoHo Digital, Tim Carrigan, will partner with Amanda Merrell, OgilvyInteractive's director of consulting services, to head the operation. Founded in 1994, NoHo Digital has developed a list of clients including Virgin, Sony PlayStation, MTV and Egg.
