Omnicom PR unit expands in Europe

Omnicom PR unit Brodeur Worldwide, Boston, said it made equity investments in three high technology PR agencies in Europe: the technology PR unit of Schoep & Van der Toon, Amsterdam, will be renamed Brodeur Schoep & Van der Toon; Image Time, Milan, will be renamed Brodeur Image Time; and Communicacion Empresarial, Madrid, will create a technology PR unit under the name Brodeur Communicacion Empresarial. Terms were not disclosed. Brodeur said it anticipates making further acquisitions and equity investments.
