Online game sites combine

Uproar Inc., a New York-based online games site, will acquire iwin.com, an Los Angeles online game company that allows players to compete for prizes and a daily $1 million lottery drawing. Uproar's stock acquisition of iwin.com, valued at an estimated $88 million, will broaden the company's online offering beyond multiplayer games. Fred Krueger, founder and CEO of iwin, will be named vice chairman of Uproar.
