Rx.com, Austin, Texas, tapped The Think Tank as first agency of record for its $25 million account. The online pharmacy is scheduled to launch this fall. T3 will handle advertising as well as Internet marketing.

Roxy.com, Marlborough, Mass., is considering six shops to become first agency of record on its $10 million to $15 million account. The satellite TV systems provider is meeting with Angotti, Thomas, Hedge; Gotham; Hampel/Stefanides; Hanft Byrne Raboy & Partners; and Margeotes/Fertitta & Partners, all New York, and CGN, Boston. Pile & Co., Boston, is the review consultant.

Foote, Cone & Belding created an eBusiness Strategies Group in its San Francisco office, said Geoff Thompson, chairman of the office. Jane Gardner, 50, formerly exec VP-group management supervisor heading up the Amazon.com account, will lead the new unit working to move brand marketing clients into the online world and to help tech marketers to build brand franchises. Dominic Whittles, senior VP-group management supervisor, succeeds her on the Amazon.com account.
