Petstore.com, Emeryville, Calif., which sells pet supplies and products as well as offering advice online, to Black Rocket, San Francisco, as first agency for its $10 million to $20 million account.

ABC Inc. President Steven Bornstein is moving over to run Walt Disney Co.'s Internet assets. Initially, he will be chairman of Buena Vista Internet Group. When Disney completes its acquisition of Infoseek, Mr. Bornstein will be the president of a new umbrella Disney Internet company, go.com, which will be a separate publicly traded company.
