Interpublic Group of Cos., New York, created (zentropypartners.com), Cambridge, Mass., a global Internet services company that integrates the building and marketing of digital business. The company, with revenue of $50 million, brings together Internet companies including Anderson & Lembke Interactive, Hill Holliday Interactive, Shandwick Interactive and Thunder House, as well as independent companies Digital Cafe, Minneapolis; MDEO, Paris; and Zentropy, Los Angeles and New York. Consumers who agree to have ads appear on their PC screens will receive Qualcomm's Eudora e-mail program free, a $50 value.
