Chinese-language Web site Sina.com, Sunnyvale, Calif., to Y&R Advertising, San Francisco, from Admerasia, New York, for its $5 million to $10 million account. Y&R will work closely with sister Young & Rubicam agency Kang & Lee, Los Angeles, on the campaign. Separately, Y&R's San Francisco office also will provide consulting work to Silverclick.com, a Palo Alto, Calif.-based Web site.

Sandbox Entertainment Corp., Fairfax, Va., which runs www.sandbox.com, is searching for its first agency of record. Six to eight undisclosed shops are included in the review. The company previously handled all advertising and media buying in-house.

Internet service provider Earthlink, Pasadena, Calif., is testing three ads from BBDO Worldwide, Los Angeles, in select test markets, including Madison, Wis. If the ads are well-received, they're expected to go national as part of an estimated $50 million campaign.

Andrea Pomerantz Lustig to VP-editor in chief, a new post at Sephora.com, New York, from beauty and fitness director of Cosmopolitan. She will be in charge of content for the Web site, which goes online Oct. 14 to coincide with the opening of Sephora's flagship store in New York.
