Online comparison shopping service DealTime.com, Stamford, Conn., launched its first ad campaign Oct. 19. Margeotes/Fertitta & Partners, New York, handles the $25 million multimedia effort, running in Boston, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle and Washington.

Online car retailer Cars.com, Chicago, said its first TV campaign will run over the week of Oct. 25 in 16 markets. The TV push is part of nearly $12 million in fourth-quarter TV spending. Humorous radio spots also are included. Stein, Rogan & Partners, New York, handles.

Stamps.com, Santa Monica, Calif., kicks off a multimillion-dollar TV and print campaign Oct. 19, in advance of the launch later this month of the online seller of postage. The campaign features comedian Bob Newhart. The advertising debuts today in select markets and goes national at yearend. Wieden & Kennedy, Portland, Ore., handles.
