Concentric Network Corp., San Jose, Calif., picked Gardner, Geary, Coll & Young, San Francisco, for its estimated $50 million account. Previous agency for the Internet service provider couldn't be determined by deadline.

Winebins.com tapped Hill, Holliday, Connors, Cosmopulos, Boston, to run its national campaign. Geerlings & Wade's new site will offer ordering, wine education and recommendations. The campaign will include print, online and radio, and will launch in November, shortly after the Web site debuts. Geerlings, Canton, Mass., is licensed to sell wine in 28 states. Hill Holliday was named Winebins.com's first agency without a review.
