GoTo.com, Pasadena, Calif., on Nov. 22 breaks its first TV spots, titled "Life in a GoTo World." The $5 million, six-week campaign from DDB Worldwide, Los Angeles, features three spots that will air in Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Philadelphia and San Francisco. GoTo.com links buyers and sellers.

Lucy.com, Portland, Ore., a Web retailer focusing on women, to Ground Zero, Marina del Rey, Calif.

IBelieve.com, Grand Rapids, Mich., to three agencies for its $20 million initial ad and promotional campaign. Hanon-McKendry will handle brand strategy; Beyond Interactive, Ann Arbor, will handle online marketing and assist in market strategy; and Affiliated Media Group, Jacksonville, Fla., will handle traditional media buying and planning. The site, set up by Family Christian Stores, will launch early in 2000.
