Online radio network acquired

Published on .

NetRadio, an Internet-only radio network, has been acquired by Navarre Corp., a distributor of music, computer software and interactive CD-ROM products. Navarre had initially acquired a 50-percent ownership of NetRadio last May. At the same time, cable TV shopping programmer ValueVision acquired a 15-percent stake in NetRadio. As part of the deal, ValueVision was granted rights for most merchanadise categories to be made available on NetRadio's programming.
