(June 15, 2001) -- I-shop Organic, San Francisco, has named Dr. Howard L. Morgan, vice chairman of Idealab, to its board of directors. He replaces G. Bruce Redditt, executive vice president of Omnicom Group, who resigned from Organic's board following the formation of Seneca Investments, the e-services holding company formed by Pegasus E-Services Holdings, Pegasus Partners II and Omnicom Group.

Separately, the company said it has chosen Mediaplex's suite of online technology tools to power digital marketing campaigns for many of its clients. -- Adrienne Mand
