OurHouse.com, Evanston, Ill., today launched its home improvement site. OurHouse is one-quarter owned by Ace Hardware, Oak Brook, Ill., and the site will sell products from Ace and other retailers, and provide how-to information. A $40 million campaign from Black Rocket, San Francisco, will promote OurHouse. The tagline is "We're here to help." TV spots debut Jan. 1 with a sponsorship of the Florida Citrus Bowl telecast on ABC. Print ads start this month as well as online advertising from SF Interactive.
