New owners for Sharp Advertising

Sharp Advertising, Atlanta, one of the Southeast's largest minority-owned agencies, was renamed Lattimore Lassiter Moffitt after its purchase from president-CEO William Sharp by principals Sarah Lattimore, Mark Lassiter and Maria Moffitt. The new agency is also minority-owned. Clients include Georgia Power Co., Southern Co. and Burger King Corp. Mr. Sharp becomes adjunct professor of marketing at Emory University's Goizueta Business School, Atlanta.
