P&G, Clarins plan joint venture

Procter & Gamble Co. and Groupe Clarins USA agreed to form a joint venture to market Hugo Boss and Giorgio Beverly Hills prestige fragrance lines in the U.S. Grey Advertising, New York, handles the scents currently. The change is effective Jan. 1, 2000.
