P&G donates cash to Chinese health promotion

BEIJING--Procter & Gamble Co. has donated $240,000 to China's Project Cradle and the Ministry of Health. Project Cradle, aimed at developing mental and physical health in babies, will use the money to launch an education program. The Ministry of Health will invest the money in promoting public health. P&G has invested $300 million in China since it entered the country in 1988.
