Zila Inc., Phoenix, Ariz., said it has retained Innovative Customer Solutions, a new Cincinnati-based company comprised of sales and marketing executives formerly at Procter & Gamble's Oral Care Division, to help introduce Zila's oral cancer detection system, OraTest, in the U.S. P&G signed a license to market OraTest last January, following nearly a year of market research, Zila said.
