P&G to sell some brands

Procter & Gamble Co. said it plans to divest about 10 minor brands, accounting for less than 0.5% of P&G's annual net sales of $32 billion. The company identified only the brands in current negotiations: Bain de Soleil suncare products and Fisher Nuts in the U.S., and Star and Dari Creme margarine brands in the Philippines.
