The latest Web launch for Procter & Gamble Co. comes in the form of a teenager-geared site called Vertigo Lounge. The site uses skincare as a hook for teens looking for advice in other bumpy areas of their lives. Fashion commentary is provided by Peter D. Brown, an editor of fashion magazine New York Black Book, while SAT test questions and tips are provided by Kaplan Educational Centers. The site also offers links to Fox News, US News & World Report, National Geographic, Warner Bros., Nick at Nite, Cover Girl and Vidal Sassoon. SpectraCom, Milwaukee, created the site.
