Pac Bell mulling media consolidation

Pacific Bell is considering a consolidation of its media spending at a single agency, now split among four: San Francisco shops Goodby, Silverstein & Partners; Foote, Cone & Belding; Ketchum Advertising; and Ogilvy & Mather, Los Angeles. Creative would not be shifted. Last year Pacific Bell spent $26.9 million.
