Pagano leaving Boston ad shop

Robert Pagano, co-chairman and managing partner, Pagano Schenck & Kay, Boston, said he is leaving the 11-year old agency at the end of the month. Co-Chairman-Creative Director Woody Kay acquires Mr. Pagano's stake in the $40 million agency, well-regarded for its creative work. Mr. Pagano offered no specifics about his plans.
