PaineWebber breaks 1st print ad push in 5 years

Published on .

PaineWebber Group returns to print advertising for the first time in five years when it launches a new multimillion-dollar, multimedia corporate image campaign from Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, in November, according to one executive with knowledge of the campaign. The ads will run in more than 45 upscale titles beginning in late November. Although PaineWebber spent less than $5 million in advertising last year, the print and TV campaign is expected to boost spending well above that.
