Parable announces new Thing applications

Multimedia company Parable, based in Newton, Mass., announced the preview release of ThingCollector and ThingsScreenSaver, two applications that allow users to have multimedia experiences offline. With ThingCollector, users can collect Things, which are dynamic multimedia experiences available on the Web, on sites such as Comedy Central and Hasbro, and interact with them offline. With ThingsScreenSaver, users can turn Things multimedia applications into screensavers. Information is available at www.thingworld.com.
