Pearson Television goes interactive with two game shows

Published on .

Pearson Television is partnering with Mixed Signals Technologies, a provider of interactive TV services, to produce open-standard interactive versions of "Family Feud" and "To Tell the Truth" game shows as well as advertising. The partnership between Pearson and Mixed Signals enables viewers to play the games in real time via any open standards set-top box. Users will also be able to respond to advertisements without time delay, which allows advertisers to track real-time viewer responses to the commercials aired during the shows. Pearson and Mixed Signals will share in revenues generated by the interactive TV ads.
