MEC has elevated Susan Schiekofer to president-digital for North America and Andy Wasef to head of innovation and technology for North America. Ms. Schiekofer replaces Jack Bamberger, who is joining AOL, while Mr. Wasef's role is a new position at the agency. Ms. Schiekofer joined MEC in 2010 to lead the AT&T digital team after serving as managing director at Neo@Ogilvy. There she was responsible for clients including Time -Warner Cable, Medco and Sara Lee. Previously she was based at mOne leading digital and DRTV activities for their Novartis, BMS, Allstate and Ameritrade accounts. Mr. Wasef joined MEC in 2003 in the U.K. as a digital strategist, developing campaigns for clients such as Colgate Palmolive and Paramount Pictures International. He then covered business in Europe and moved to the U.S. in 2010.

The Leo Burnett Group has named Suellen Ravanas exec VP and North American chief financial officer. Ms. Suellen comes from Pepsico, where she was a strategic finance leader across the company's Tropicana, Gatorade and Quaker brands. Prior to joining Pepsico Finance, she was a management consultant for A.T. Kearney in the U.S. and Europe.

Additionally at the agency, Darren Norkett has been elevated from finance chief to chief operations officer for Leo Burnett North America. In his most recent role, Mr. Norkett improved the agency's business performance and helped to build its innovation, retail and digital practices. He started his career with Burnett nearly 20 years ago in the finance group in the U.K, and ascended the ranks to become chief financial officer of U.K. operations; regional finance director of Europe, Middle East and Africa; and then Leo Burnett Worldwide's international finance director.

John Van Spyk has been promoted to exec VP for Digitaria, a JWT marketing and technology agency. Mr. Van Spyk had led Digitaria Sports to client and revenue growth for the past six years as an exec VP. He has more than 15 years of experience across all aspects of digital development, and has helped generate revenue for such clients as ESPN, USA Triathlon and several NFL teams.

JiWire, a mobile location advertising company, has appointed Michael Fordyce as CEO. Mr. Fordyce most recently served as senior VP-business development, publisher products, and strategic partnership management at YP Holdings (formerly known as AT&T Interactive and AT&T Advertising Solutions), the largest local search, media and advertising company in North America. Prior to his tenure there, he led national advertiser sales, business development and partnership management for Ingenio until its acquisition by AT&T in 2007.

Starcom USA has added three senior executives to its Samsung business. Eric Bridge joins the company as senior VP-director. He was previously a media director at SapientNitro, where he drove cross-functional collaboration and multi-channel expertise for clients including JP Morgan Chase, Foot Locker, ConAgra Foods and Mars.

Tom Brookbanks was named senior VP-global director leading Samsung's business-to-business activity. Prior, he served as a managing director at MEC, leading integrated teams across brands such as Accenture, Citi, Chevron, MetLife, Michelin and NetFlix.

Jeff Liang also joins the Samsung team as a senior VP-digital director. Before, Mr. Liang led the U.S. digital investment practice at PHD as a VP and director, working across the agency's roster of clients.
