Theodor Cunningham, Chrysler Corp.'s exec VP-sales and marketing, was named president-managing director of the automaker's Chrysler de Mexico subsidiary. Mr. Cunningham, 49, replaces Carlos Lobo Silva, 47, who was named VP-power train manufacturing. Replacing Mr. Cunningham in the company's top sales and marketing position is James Holden, 44, who had been VP-quality, capacity and process management.

Carl S. Ledbetter was named president-CEO of cable modem marketer Hybrid Networks, Cupertino, Calif., replacing Howard Strachman, who remains chairman. Previously, Mr. Ledbetter was president of consumer products for AT&T.

Lewis R. Paceley has joined Cyrix Corp., Richardson, Texas, as VP-marketing, from Intel Corp., where he was marketing director on the Pentium Pro project. Cyrix is a supplier of high-performance processors to the personal computer industry.
