Tele-TV Media, Los Angeles, named Gerald Farrell senior VP-research, responsible for market research involved in product development for digital TV, the Internet and interactive TV. Mr. Farrell, most recently a consultant, was previously exec VP-strategic planning and marketing for Twentieth Century Fox Television.

Chrysler Corp., Auburn Hills, Mich., named Steven Torok executive director-sales and marketing operations, from general manager-Chrysler/Plymouth divisions, succeeding Thomas Osborn, who will retire. Ray Fisher, former manager-sales and incentives planning, will succeed Mr. Torok.
