RB&T, Cherry Hill, N.J., will be renamed RBT/Strum, reflecting the addition of Lonny Strum, 43, as partner and CEO. Mr. Strum was previously president of Earle Palmer Brown, Philadelphia. Linda Rosanio, CEO of RB&T, becomes chairman-president.
