Robert Molineaux to Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco, as account director on Pacific Bell, from VP-management director on the AT&T account at FCB/Leber Katz Partners, New York, effective May 22. Mr. Molineaux replaces Hugh Derrick, who takes on other responsibilities at the agency.
