Doug McKinlay, founder of McKinlay & Partners, Simsbury, Conn., will sell the $11 million shop to creative directors David Martino and Gavin Binzner for an undisclosed sum. Mr. McKinlay will leave advertising to lead a mission in Tucson, Ariz., for the Church of Jesus Christ of the Latter Day Saints.

Bob Cauley, former chief financial officer at Houston Herstek Favat, Boston, has left. Successor is Joseph Pessolano, who had been exec VP-managing director of finance, Ammirati Puris Lintas, New York.
