Jack Wiswall to senior VP-external affairs at Cosmair, New York, the U.S. unit of L'Oreal SA, Paris, succeeding Exec VP Jim Nixon, who is retiring. Mr. Wiswall will continue as general manager of the European Designer Fragrance unit. Also at Cosmair: Andrea Robinson to general manager of Ralph Lauren Worldwide, a new post; she had overseen Helena Rubenstein. Terry Connolly to VP-general manager of the U.S. Ralph Lauren division. Camille McDonald, senior VP-marketing for Ralph Lauren Fragrances to general manager for an undesivribed special project.

David Evans to senior VP-international and new business development, Warner Bros. Consumer Products, Burbank, Calif., from VP-business development, operations and planning. Warner Bros. Consumer Products includes the Licensing, Studio Stores, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, WB Sport and WB Toys divisions.

Phyllis Ehrlich, editor-in-chief, Disney Adventures, to VP-strategic marketing for kids, teens and young adults at Turner Marketing Solutions Group of Turner Broadcasting Sales, a unit of Time Warner. Suzanne Harper, executive editor at Disney Adventures, succeeds Ms. Ehrlich on the magazine.
