BPI Communications said Adweek Exec VP-Editor in Chief Craig Reiss is leaving those titles to become a BPI senior VP with business and editorial responsibilities for a newly named Design Group, which includes BPI titles Architecture, Interiors, Pix and Photo District News. No successor as Adweek editor in chief was immediately named.

Ann M. Blinkhorn to president, International Herald Tribune North America, New York, from director, development planning, The New York Times Co., succeeding Michael G. Conroy, who left the company.
