, 46, was named chairman and president of the 550-unit bagel company, which has two concepts, Einstein Bros. Bagels and Noah's New York Bagels. Mr. Hartnett was named CEO of the company in February. J. Michael Jenkins, who was named chairman, CEO and president of Boston Chicken last week, was named to the bagel company's board. Goldberg Moser O'Neill, San Francisco, handles Einstein/Noah.
